Delivery Information

Dear Four Aces Customer,

  1. Rules in case of a broken or missing items:
    1. You have only 1 week from the time you receive your order to report any broken or missing items.
    2. If any items are broken please take a picture of all broken items and send it to our email address;

  1. If you can’t or if you fail to follow theses instructions your items will not be replaced or refunded, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  2. Orders Over $3500.00 Get FREE GROUND SHIPPING. U.S. only, excludes alaskahawaii, u.s. protectorates and other discretions.
  3. There is a 10% Restocking Fee for change in quantity or canceled orders.
  4. If you are not satisfied with a product you have 1 week from the time you received your order to let us know.
  5. Absolutely NO refunds on open or used products such as Quick Fix, Clean Stream, Field Kit and Etc…
  6. Absolutely NO refunds on Capsules, Powders, Liquids Etc…
  7. If your business license is about to expire please send us a new copy of your new business license before the expiration.
  8. If you request “No Signature Required“, we are not responsible for any lost items.

Shipping and Return Policy


Shipment processing time:

All orders are generally processed and shipped within 5 business days. offers free ground shipping on all online orders over $3500.00.

Expedited Shipping: All expedited orders need to be in before 11AM PST to ship same day. Next Day shipping placed Saturday is not available and Packages don’t move on weekends and holidays with Fedex.

 -Next day on Friday will be delivered on Monday
-2nd day on Friday will be delivered Tuesday
-3rd day on Friday will be delivered The following Wednesday
 – Some 3 day shipping placed on Wednesday will most likely be delivered on the following Monday.

Certain items including, but not limited to, lighters and butane do not qualify towards the total dollar amount applicable for free shipping. Such items will be labeled on the product page as inapplicable towards shipping minimum and will not be counted towards the total amount of an order for determining whether the minimum purchase amount is met. reserves the right to label any product as inapplicable towards the total amount applicable for free shipping.

Hazmat Fee & Additional Charges:

Items that contain lighter fluid or butane such as, but not limited to, lighters are subject to a one-time $49.00 hazmat shipping fee within the contiguous United States. The hazmat shipping fee for Alaska and Hawaii is $120.00.

Our free shipping excludes orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories abroad.
NOTE: Extra shipping charges maybe incurred for shipments going to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories abroad. Also any residential and or larger shipments, being shipped via LTL, requiring pallets or a larger capacity of space may incur additional fees.

Returns does not accept returns of merchandise unless such merchandise is damaged or defective.
All damaged products or order discrepancies must be reported to within two days of your receipt of the merchandise. If your product is damaged, please see the details below on returning damaged merchandise.
Discounts provided by may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of reserves the right to cancel any quantity discounts and may modify the discounted bill so that it reflects the full purchase price for items on the invoice that are not returned. ( reserves the right to cancel any quantity discounts and re-bill an order based on the actual volume of merchandise kept.)

Damaged Merchandise

Upon receipt of your order please inspect all items carefully. If the box appears to be damaged, please have the delivery driver sign the packing slip or invoice, indicating the outer box was delivered damaged, and take photographs PRIOR to opening the package. 
If the shipment packaging is exposed or severely damaged, you are REQUIRED to take a photograph of the exposed or severely damaged packaging along with the attached packing slip to make any return after the point of delivery.


  1. Damaged merchandise inside the box displayed as it arrived to you.
  2. Packaging material used (Bubble wrap, Styrofoam, ETC)
  3. Damaged Item outside of the box.
  4. A close-up of the shipping label with tracking number.
  5. 1 Photo displaying the top and 2 sides
  6. 1 Photo displaying the bottom and opposite 2 sides.

Please be advised that once shipments have been accepted, all products contained in that shipment will be deemed to be satisfactory unless a product arrived in damaged condition and the product’s condition was not reasonably apparent prior to acceptance.
To initiate a return and refund for damaged items please contact our Customer Care team via email at within 5 business days of your receipt of any damaged product.
All returns must be in new condition with original packaging and all accessories intact. No returns of used products or partial boxes can be made.
Take photographs of the damaged product and email the photographs to Please identify the original order’s invoice and item number within the subject line of your email for reference during claims processing.
Unauthorized returns will not be credited.
Please allow at least 5 business days to for the credit to be issued.


All cancelled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee, regardless of whether or not the order has been shipped. The 10% restocking fee is applicable to all orders, including, but not limited to, orders agreed to via DocuSign, email, or verbally.

Change of Address and Incorrect Address

Any addresses submitted incorrectly will be charged a $25.00 charge for corrections/re-shipment. Please note any changes made to an address in transit will delay the packages.
Please be advised there will be a 25% restocking fee for all returned orders. The 25% restocking fee is based upon the order’s total procurement amount.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ABIDING BY THEIR LOCAL LAWS REGARDING THE SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS TO THEIR LOCATIONS. shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to from your violations of local laws.
